AFA positioning; I'm holding on to my local RE holdings as rental units. I have >5 However most of my neighbors who invest in our neighborhood have <20 rental units and are all doing quite well. We live in a fine historic area of the city and are surrounded by 4 major Universities. -one of my homes was a hospital during the Civil War another one we have was a 'speakeasy' during prohibition.- I'm also continuing a regimental approach to stock investing in MF's I keep a couple bucks on the side to once in a while jump on a stock or two that we discuss here on SI. Kinda boring approach, but it works for me for now. Tim
