DSCO announced today is on track to file a formal response to the Apporvable Letter in October/2007 about Surfaxin(r) (lucinactant)'s manufacturing validation process. It all comes down to credibility. If WS believes DSCO's management, it can recover to 4-5 by year end. The recent dilution most likely has been picked up by funds during DSCO Russell 2000 designation. The day when DSCO droped to 3.08 (if my memory is correct).
