See the list where we sign up to play. The first on the list picks two teams, one from each conference, the first week; the second on the list picks the second week; and so on. One can trade a week if he will be gone.

I see, sort of. So we're all doing this collectively? I'm 15th (I think), so I just watch, and don't pick until the 15th week? That can't be right.....more details please :-)
