My fear is that Harold is going to put too much pressure on the big box stores to make up for the financial problems of the mall-based stores. If his goals are unrealistic and he is too hard on his managers, he could begin to lose good staff. FEET's strength in the past has been its ability to recruit and train good managers and keep up with the growth pace. If the managers are driven away, the whole enterprise could be in jeopardy.
