I don't understand your point. Trees. Forest. Can't see., etc. First of all the government won't let you figure your premium. It's automatically deducted from your SS check. And it's based on your tax return as I previously stated. The fact that you chose to dig deeper perfectly illustrates my point. IOW, perhaps you over analyzed. You engaged "interpretive confusion", by digging deeper when it wasn't necessary, thus the confusion. Which problem and solution do you have in mind? See second paragraph. And what does "interpretive confusion" mean as it applies to this? My coinage, no explanation necessary - draw your own confused answer. ;-)
