Blood tests tend not to be massively expensive, I'm not sure any major change is needed on those. Perhaps (with tort reform) there will be less of a push to get you to take more and more tests, but that might actually result in less consultation time not more. but I don't want her picking products based on cost. Solely on costs? No, but I don't think you want costs to be ignored.
