But things that smack of strongarm tactics rub me the wrong way. Banning formula is hardly a "strong arm tactic." Declining to endorse and facilitate some product freebies is pretty mild. If the companies want to get their product to new mothers, they can mail complimentary packages to their homes. The companies aren't being harmed, merely no longer subsidized.
