So why don't you rather sell BLDR, CECO and PACR and put the proceeds into those companies with better, current Fundamentals, viz. FCX and WDC (See #139 and #147 below) ?
I suspect that after the next 6 months your portfolio could be showing a further increase far in excess of 5.28%.

And what is the relevance of comparing one's portfolio to the average of 500 other companies ?
If, for example, 294 of them are not doing that well, and 87 are so-so, and the rest are "above average", and only 14% of them are in the same business as one's portfolio's stocks, then beating that average may not be anything to write home about.
