Pat Tillman Murder By Rightwing Update: Rumsfeld openly lied under oath yesterday claiming there was no cover up of the Pat Tillman murder. Of course there was. The initial story was total BS, that he was shot from long range and was yelling to his comrades to recognize him (but they didn't hear him). Instead, medical evidence shows clearly he was shot in the head three times at pointblank range by someone standing right in front of him. It was murder and Rumsfeld, Bush and Cheney all knew it, as did the General who is now AWOL evading his subpoena and trying to refuse to testify. Refusing to testify is the new Bushie strategy. We;ll see if these crooks get away with it. I doubt it. Butg every American should see this as clear evidence Bushies are crooks and traitors. Refusing to testify and lying under oath is clear evidence of guilt.
