Lots of big players moving into this field.

I believe there will be a few winners in this field, more of an oligopoly than a monopoly. If you are interested in this area, I would not try to pick just one at this point. Getting these systems up and running is no simple task. Expect delays and problems along the way such as rockets blowing up or satellites going down and so forth.

I don't own any of them right now, although I keep an ear open and am aware of the general progress in the sector. I am a little more partial to IRIDIUM personally. I think there are better stocks on earth to invest in at this point in time that can provide rocket like performance - like VVUS<ggg>.

I think buying a basket of stocks in this field is the best play at this time and pare back at some point in the future. Use the drug company basket approach.
