DOW again saw the 3:30 surge after staying somewhat rangebound most of day
But the telling point is the 13500 mark
4 of the past 5 days the DOW has battled and lost.
What are the odds we go down hard tomorrow? VERY VERY good for at least 275-300, but very possibly more
