My original objection was to what felt like an inappropriate use of the term force, since I don't see anyone being forbidden to use formula,and the implication that the formula industry was "targeted" economically, when I think it is being done as a health measure When the Health Department says, "you hospitals can't give the mothers formula," they have a gun in their hand.
