In answer to the thread loon's post of today blaming Bush for 911 - 911 was already planned and many of the key actors were already in the country preparing for the attack when Bush took office. There were followup attacks planned for other cities and the Bush administrations quick response rounding up suspects prevented those. Furthermore, more attacks in the US were promised but they have been prevented so far despite liberals attempts to hurt our defenses (by leaking and attacking the terrorist financing tracking and NSA wiretap programs). We also know the attackers planned on overthrowing a number of governments in the ME and establishing a new caliphate which would drive the US out of the ME. They have been unsuccessful at that as well.

On to the next thread loon topic of the day:

The paranoid out of touch with reality left is in the process of inventing a new myth - "Pat Tillman's murder". Just like the previous myths about JFK, RFK, and 911 - the insane left thinks it can rewrite history to agree with its . In Tillman's case, there was an eyewitness right beside Tillman when he was killed who would have known if the "murder" lie was true. But that doesn't matter - Rosie Grier was an eyewitness to RFK's assassination but the left still invented a myth about the crime.

Simple truths the left can't accept:

JFK was murdered by a leftwing loon because Kennedy was an anti-communist cold-warrior.
RFK was murdered by a Palestinian because Kennedy was pro-Israel.
Pat Tillman was killed by a battlefield FU by his fellow soldiers - something that has happened many times in the past.
911 was an attack by radical Islamists who intended to destroy the nation's capital and its civilian and military leaders and cripple its economy. It was the most damaging and costly foreign attack on the US homeland.

PS I'm trying indirect responses to see if that will provide him less encouragement to post.
