Thanks again but the problem is even though the securities are properly set up in my portfolio, not all of them show up in the screen that gives you the option to mark all, clear all, etc. They are in the portfolio but for some reason don't show up in the drop-drown screen list that shows up when you click on the update/historical prices menus. Many of those on the drop down list I do not currently own.

So I guess the question is how do I get securities that are set up in Quicken- they are shown on a much morelengthy list on the drop down menu on the Security Detail page itself (not the menu bar on top you are referring to)- onto the drop down menu list of securities?
