"17 un violations and shooting at our jets(an act of war)" Yeah, so what about North Korea...plenty of U.N. violations and stealing our ships off the high seas. Or China...took our airplane right out of the sky... Or Sudan....violations galore... If you want villans to justify State action, there are plenty around the World to pick on. What made Iraq unique? WMD? Heck, North Korea has those. U.N. violations? Heck, Sudan has those.
