Make sure you haven't accidentally hidden any of the securities on the list. The only other possibility I can think of is that when you restored from the backup you were given an option to rename the file so as not to overwrite an existing file. You may have 2 QData files. Check it out.

There is a decent Quicken user group that you can access from the Quicken website. Some of the good people there may have a suggestion.
