Valuation

I used the range of $9 - 11 based on reading a lot of analyst's idea of fair market value. If you use the P/E ratio model, the price is around $12. That is why I said that accumulation of the stock is advisable considering the recent downturn. Today's action has once again blown away all valuation models and again shows the volatility in price swings. I think if people got in at its lows of 12.625 back a day, they got a bargain.

Momentum investing will swing the stock up maybe to the 20's. It is so hard to predict in this type of market where online chatter is creating wide price flucuations.

I have always been bullish on Iomega on the long term. I was only bearish short-term on all removable storage companies.

I myself have finally purchased 200 shares of this company today after looking at the deeper fundamentals more closely.
