RIT - does not looks that attractive with a discount of 3.4% only for a closed end fund. This fund used to be trading at 10%+ discounts for quite some time, if ETFconnect is correct. Better to invest in a RE ETF with a better expense ratio (RIT is around 1.1%) or a closed end fund with a deeper discount IMO.

I do like many holdings of RIT.
