I've had thousands of pieces of toast with peanut butter on it, but I have never heard of a grilled peanut butter sandwich. Have you ever done a peanut butter and jelly grilled sandwich? I love the combination of the two..........since I make all of my own jams and jellies, and am very tempted to try this out......jelly and all. I assume you butter both sides of bread and then grill? I haven't ever tried, but I would think that a spray oil would work well too.
