Assuming that the over-allotment option is exercised in full, the post-IPO ownership will look like this:

Class A common shares

Public shareholders: 37,950,000
Intel: 9,500,000
Cisco: 6,000,000
EMC: 26,500,000
Non-employee directors: 120,000
Total: 80,070,000

Class B common shares

EMC: 300,000,000

Each class A share has one vote; each Class B share has ten votes.
