Thanks for reply. Competition vs Dukoral will be tough if consumer is going to a cholera country. D is oral, two vaccinations. Re side effects I agree very important, especially also to look also for GI upset and diarrhea. Still, if results hold up efficacy looks better than D for TD. I bought some yesterday.
