Ah, Pro...you are just defending your fellow Texan, Alberto Gonzales...the worst AG in history. I used to think Reno was the worst, but AG has now demonstrated such rank stupidity and failure to recognize the need for independence in the role, he beats her by a mile.

Of course, if AG is finally tossed, Mr. Bush could recommend Harriet Miers for the job. You were pretty high on that lightweight for the Supreme Court, weren't you? Remember when it was speculated that Bush might even nominate Gonzales to the court? My gosh....isn't there a competent lawyer in Texas?
