James; the trade yesterday was a block trade af 250,000 shares and it was perfectly legal. At the time of the trade the stock was bid at 2.25- that's why you order didn't get filled. MIOA never traded under 2 the whole day other than the block trade. That being said, volume was big because there was some clearing out of old reg. s investors. That block trade should just about be the end of it- maybe a little left I'm not sure. Look for the stock to trade up shortly { I hope}
