Both Bush and Cheney stated time and time again that there was no Civil War in Iraq. They were out of touch ...I guess...because Chatham definitely states that there is not one civil war...but many. Incompetent seems to come to the forefront of the mind once again while thinking of Cheney-Bush. With a 67% disapproval rating they're closing in on Nixon (68%)...and the articles of impeachment haven't even been introduced yet! LOL. Perhaps when they are...Cheney and Bush will resign like their former crooked pal?
