He also noted that when ever you see a business that is easily duplicated and successful other folks will enter that market and compete. Everyone living in the Seattle is aware of this fact due to the prolification of street side coffee/espresso dispensers (tents, huts, mini houses)
As far as SBUX is concerned the only folks moving in on thier nitch are Seattles Best coffee, Tullys and ...? Why is that?

Nothing could be easier to duplicate, right? so why hasn't everyone done so in a big way?

Or maybe they are where you live.

This from a person who sold thier SBUX just after the split and before the big run up to $33. I cried in my coffee mug.
