If you can't figure it out, forgetaboutit! Re: "He is not President and has no right to interrfer in international politics outside of DC!" How is COMMENTING to the American Public about WHAT POLICY you would follow if elected to lead them IN ANY WAY 'INTERFERRING' IN 'FOREIGN POLICY'? Answer: It is not. (It certainly doesn't rise anywhere near to the level of, say, the Reagan/Bush team's contacts with the Iranians in 1979 while our guys were being held hostage.) No... stating WHAT POLICY YOU YOURSELF WOULD FOLLOW is simply what elections are all about!
