Mason:I'm not an attorney and I'm not suggesting that their is a crime but IMO when the father of the 2 majority shareholders is paid 20% or better for loans to the company and/or buys A/R's at a 30% discount then the inerests of the public shareholders are in conflict with those of the family.Dad owned 593,000 shares 12/96. I believe very much in the concept ,strategy and business plan of VTCH and am long 5000 shs.,so I'm not looking to "poison the well"but am wary of management/ family behavior and the appearance if not the fact of a conflict of interest.
