PPT , known as The Working Group, was established by a Presidential Edict in December1987.
i could , if i really cared, could dig up several posts with much research by top notch sources that estalblish the PPT, and that it as been far more active since 9/11(and as then put under top control of the NSA and Bush, under the "war against terrorism'--this fact all blithely IGNORE---they do not want to hear it. Before that alteration the PPT was under the lead of the Secretary of Teasury and the Fed Chairman, the NSA had no part in it---but let's be good children and IGNORE there was a change and PPT is NOW is now a top secret protected group(His Majestty'sExecutive Privilege to deem anything TOP SECRET if so chooses is the newlawof this land--so they think), let'sIGNORE that everytime Ron Paul seeks information on PPT he gets STONE-WALLED-----you see, we must ignore that as it is "Looney" to think about these matters
i learned the HARD WAY no amount of data and essays( including a 47 page dissertation from a highly respected research firm in Canada) will cause any thought in many , they can tell Looney" when they see it, doncha know.
My efforts will not change one person's mind--not one.

For the record i posted my views on PPT to Alan Newman,CrossCurrets, and he e-mailed me that my views were quite justified, but he had a different reason for PPT working relentless to inflate the market, he believes it is the Government seeking to reduce national debt via bonanza taxing on equity market profits.
We best steer clear of PPT discussion,however, as it has been deemed "the belief of LOONIES" , and i don't enjoy being viewed as a "looney".
Let's ignore that on Tuesday the floor traders were expecting the PPT to arrive very soon, and we all know floor traders know NOTHING, they are not professionals, they are just "crank loonies"---are they not???? LikeSure. Max
