I have no problem with the backing, especially since the guaranteed payoff is beginning to look small relative to the real price. I think C is a very overpriced stock, but the co. is pretty solid. Especially compared to the other banks. If C goes under in less than a year, we have a lot more to worry about than CZJ and CAQ. <G>
