Most brokers won't allow shorting under $5 last time I checked. Careful asking Schwab brokers difficult questions. Or any discount broker.

Most major brokers now that I think about it. They will all be very helpful however, if you have a question regarding sales technique. Brokers are best at that, it's what earns them a living.
