I can tell you that the managers are definitely being driven too hard. As I wrote on this thread before, they work till 12 or 1 in the morning and have to be up again 4-5 hrs later to return to work. The worst is that pressure is being put on them daily. They can never do enough or sell enough. Even when they beat sales estimates, they are told it is not good enough. Never any approval. The worst possible management techniques.
