That IS interesting. And it says that the government isn't trying to control mothers or force them to breastfeed once they leave the hospital. That would be a good thing, right? But it does pose an interesting question, one that I think is a more likely slippery slope scenario than any so far mentioned, and that's what if the government decides not to include this as a WIC product? IMO, that becomes punitive.

By the way, also interesting is the word "factoid", which is a fact that isn't true but has become accepted as such. At least htat was the original meaning, but news people have used it as if it meant "a little fact" until it started being thought of as a legitimate synonym for fact. It's now considered confusing by the experts. "-oid" is a suffix that means "having the appearance of", as in humanoid or anthropoid. Preferred would be just using trivia, or useless fact, or just fact. (info from AHD)
