Reasoning doesn't quite hold up. If bad news were leaked, not likely it would be leaked to shorts. More likely to someone with a positive stake in the Co. Of course they could not LEGALLY act on that leak.

My take is that there is no leak. What selling there is is from nervous holders, and those who figure that whatever the news, it will be a big disappointment to those expecting news of a "bibical" proportions (hence limiting the risk of missing a very big upside move).

I'll wait and see.
