You are probably right, Don. However, we may be closer to that "pressing problem" than you might think. I don't recall if it was mentioned on this thread before, but recently in Paris, they suddenly BANNED driving. As I understood it, they shut it down completely for a day, maybe more, and now they are instituting an odd/even license number rule...only licesce plates ending in an odd number may drive on odd days of the month, evens on even, or something like that. People were getting sick from the pollution levels. They said the cause was lack of wind, but it is a pretty sad state when you depend on wind to spread the problem around to non-lethal levels. If this happens again (which I suspect it might) that could move the fuel cell alternative and zero-emission legislation to the fore. Garth.
