Company provided health insurance isn't the problem, government provided is.

I think it is. If we are in insurance pools with people who bottle feed and go to McDonald's, our rates go up. We may not be wearing our taxpayer hats but we still have a motive for nannying. At my indoor pool there is a sign on the elevator informing people of the difference in calories burned between riding and walking up the steps. It's directed at the employees, not the patrons.
