I am certainly not recommending this but I decided to average down into RAS, which seems to be tremendously undervalued if you believe the company conference call, clearly Mr. market does not.
I dont buy on margin and am prepared to wait this out. Perhaps I am throwing good money in after bad. I have now put in an additional 2% of my portfolio into this at an average cost of about $7.30. We will see how it all works out.
