"Measured from the power supply" implies they are measuring current on the 12v CPU power connector. It does not imply "measured at the A/C mains connection," which is what they would have said if it was system power. If they measured A/C power, the power meter would have to be six feet away from the PS! And they would be measuring power going to to the PS, not from it. Petz
