Gee...you are making less sense than usual. Let's see...Executive Branch Department of Defense in Republican Hands....No standing order from the DOD as far as registering and tracking these weapons. Yes, blame the democrats. I knew you would get there! What will you do when Decider Bush is out of office? Quick, change the subject and blame the democrats somehow...or Ron Paul..or the Libertarians...or the Goldwater republcans.
