I had to make my own as nobody up here knew what it was. I have a little local butcher I buy meat and supplies from and we dug around and came up with a pretty good recipe so now he makes it and sells it. Mine is pretty potent however and I need to remember that.

Actually turned out to be a pretty good seller though his is quite a bit milder then mine. About due to make some more and will tone it down a bit to about half way between his and mine.
