Because of satellite equipment and its importance, we have people watching EAGB and its success. Satellite and wireless phones are used in Africa and South east Asia. Once equipment is approved, quantity will increase. Satellite projects had to be started to have five times then ten times the transceiver capacity for the next generation satellites yet to be launched. Galileo(EU) will have to be improved as well. Triple play equipment will be camera dependent, classified to Mpeg2+ data compression layers. Then Mpeg4/h.264 cameras and playback system. No conversion attempt, as for now; just so that codecs are usable. Understand the company put Micek to work on expanding their successful hughes net service business. Hopefully, Florida media center will start Mpeg2+data compression on modified set-top boxes? 15% head count reduction may have stalled that part of the business? Once approved, we need some budget for Africa and South east Asia as well?
