How can it be called "friendly fire" (doesn't sound very friendly , does it?)when the guy was killed with a shot pattern of 3 holes within a 2" diameter circle. This is the claim of an Army doctor who examined him. That pattern suggests that he was hit in the head with the first shot and then the other two were fired into his head after he was dead. I don't care about punishing some retired generals or higher level officers, but I sure as want to know who killed him and why? You should too.
