Sounds like a really neutral organization.

Probably more neutral than Krugman.

If your going to toss out arguments from any person or group with a bias, your pretty much going to toss out the whole discussion.

The facts remain; the single payer systems get better results at +/- half the money.

The facts remain that they don't get better results, and the half the money, includes other reasons which you don't adjust for.
