Today's announcement is significant in that it solidifies the Kazaks equity interest in AIPN. It is yet another example of getting one's house in order. If you were the Kazaks, wouldn't you want to own your AIPN shares BEFORE a major announcement? By the same token, if you were AIPN, wouldn't you want to have a rock-solid 70% interest in MSUP before you concluded any partnership agreements? These little announcements must come first. The fact that they are coming quickly tells me that the really big news (financing, partnership, etc.) is not too far off. Cheers...Faris
