Huntington's is autosomal dominant, which means on its surface there is a one in two chance of inheriting the gene from an affected parent.

Her baby is very much at risk of getting the gene if the husband has it. The responsible thing for him to do would be to be tested.

I can understand some people would not want to know, but if that is the case, it is irresponsible to have children.
