Dear Harley,

It is my experience that riders that change horses in mid stream generally get away, leaving everyone else all wet(i.e. shareholders). I can see that you're from the Vancouver area; what is you're general opinion about this Winspear management??? It appears that inspite of apparently very good news, the market is not taking Winspear very seriously. Now this rumoured "horse change" has me wondering.

From recent company insider dumping of this stock, and disdain for shareholders, is it possible that co. may be planning an "end around" play with the 9 million?? i.e. make off with the loot, through a bogus purchase of worthless property?

Best wishes

Surething
