So, do you want to use Bosnia as a model? We're still there after 10-15 years.... If I was president, I would clearly state what our mission was there and share with the American people what we need to accomplish before we could leave. Clinton stood up and promised that American troops we stay in Bosnia for no more than 18 months. Perhaps this is the model of behavior Steve wants the President to emulate?
