Impossible to make that call today.

If FED cuts, then we shall see how the techicals react. If this FED is smart they will let the pain be paid now.....if they do not, they risk even greater problems straight ahead. And has anyone looked at the charts, this correction was a small blip on the screen, overseas markets, India, China are still in the clouds.

What we saw today was shorts covering ahead of FED meeting coming - who trusts these clowns and what they may do. Saw tons of bloodbaths today, you see what the oil price moving down did to the MLPs....watched 10 to 20% down moves in stocks paying 7 to 12% dividends!

To be long this game is a fools bet, but there are still tons of folks trying to time bottoms near term.

Lets see how this thing rolls.

No matter how you slice it, we have entered the end of the Kitchin Cycle, being long is total insanity here. Also the GSC Top comes into play early 2008. A correction is needed badly or inflation goes screaming to the sky - due to this fact, FED will change wording but not cut.

Me, sitting about 95% flat as of 2 hours into Monday open. And waiting.
