Philster also commented often on vacant land values and builders and their ceo stock selling for several years now and he made a ton of money shorting many. He is a good ole boy American who lives down the road from me and been doing charts since back in the old days where you had to draw them out on your own graph paper from the ticker tape - HAHA! Anyways I saw this video linked by digg.com about all the asian skyscrapers that got built and then rotted as they were left empty. I have talked about this in the past - I watch this show stargate atlantis - and all these people were living in sucky villages in the middle of nowhere planets - but many decided they didn't want to fight the weather anymore in their mudhuts and get eaten by the wraith - so they move into the nice stargate atlantis city - ask Wang for me why him and his friends couldn't be nice like Dr. McKay on stargate Atlantis and give the goose away for FREE? I see these youtube videos of poor starving homeless people on the streets of asia who could have moved into all that overdeveloped housing and skyscrapers and maybe been given a leg up in life and help maintain and add vibrant life to the rotting infrastructure. Instead the skyscrapers and houses were shuttered - the homeless are still down in the gutters fighting the rain - pathetic. I see that here in florida - empty houses all over the damn city and the homeless numbers growing substantially at the salvation army - Max90 and friends think it is better to preserve property rights than to offer a FREE helping hand I guess. That Dumbass Dr. McKay - why doesn't he charge those damn useless villagers some rent to stay at Stargate Atlantis? We should shutter stargate atlantis until those bumbs can afford to pay some rent. I vote they pay with ZPM's - hehe. What did Wang want the homeless bumbs to pay with?
