Jeff I had NN 4.0 beta for awhile and don't find this the same. I try to follow the changes in both NN & IE and find they continually mimic one another. I don't know if I follow what security risk you refer to, but there is some difference I think between the beta version and this version as to how the desktop is linked. It shows my version as being 4.71 the version number really has eight digits, it looks like this 4.71.XXXX.X with each X representing a number. I'd be interested to know more about any security risk which may be present.
