Hi GG,
No, I haven't seen "Sicko" but have seen lots of cuts from it on TV. Moore is a funny guy, no doubt.

But he is a socialist and socialism is just a repulsive doctrine, no matter how you frame it and regardless what "benefits" it may provide. Socialism expands government and leads to Big Brother's intrusion into everything. The most depressing place I have ever seen is a government housing estate. I would rather live in a cardboard box in the barrio or a shack in the wilderness.

Despite his attacks on Bush over 911 he has been rather reluctant to put much emphasis on some of the anomalies that have cast suspicion on the role of insiders in the attacks. Recently, he was put on the spot by reporters (at the "Sicko" debut by reporters working for Alex Jones) and asked directly what he thought about government involvement in 911 in response to some recent revelations uncovered by the Jones group.

They have Moore on tape saying that he was "changing his mind about this" and was working on something with regard to the Pentagon.

Beyond this, though, Moore is just an international socialist of the "one world" type and not a useful agent for change of any type.
